Eric Yarrington, PT, DPT, OCS

Dr. Yarrington received his Bachelor of Science in Exercise and Sport Sciences from the University of Florida and Masters of Physical Therapy from Nova Southeastern University. He earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy in 2009 from Nova Southeastern University. Dr. Yarrington is a board certified Orthopaedic Clinical Specialist. He is a member of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Manual Physical Therapists and the American Physical Therapy Association. Outside of work he enjoys spending time with his wife and three daughters, doing CrossFit, playing soccer, running, kayaking, and hiking.

He is also a member of the Knights of Columbus and member of St. Margaret Catholic Church in Maggie Valley, NC. He is owner and president of Yarrington Physical Therapy & Sports Care. One-on-one, personalized care is the cornerstone of effective treatment and Dr. Yarrington believes in forming a strong working partnership with patients to help them improve their quality of life.

Carlos Wilson, PT, MPT

Carlos received his Bachelor of Science in Wildlife and Fisheries Biology and a Masters in Forestry and Soil Science from North Carolina State University. Prior to becoming a physical therapist he worked in environmental research for 10 years. He also spent time in the Peace Corps. Carlos completed his Masters of Physical Therapy at Western Carolina University.

He is actively pursuing board certification in orthopaedic physical therapy as well as advanced training in manual therapy. As a life-long athlete and competitive cyclist, he has strong interests in sports rehabilitation and training. He is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association. Carlos is also fluent in Spanish.

Bonnie Owens, PTA

Bonnie received her Bachelor of Science in Therapeutic Recreation from Western Carolina University and her Physical Therapist Assistant Degree from Southwestern Community College. Bonnie and her husband Greg are very active in their church and have three children. Bonnie has a strong background in orthopaedic and geriatric rehabilitation.
